1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Tribe Sports and Apparel.
1.2 By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders and Payment Policy
2.1 All products require advance payment.
2.2 We accept full advance payment.
2.3 We also accept 50% advance payment with the remaining 50% paid as Cash on Delivery (COD).
2.4 An order will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
2.5 Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We deliver products across Bangladesh.
3.2 Delivery partners include Pathao, SA Paribahan, and Rider services.
3.3 Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, depending on location and courier service.
3.4 Delivery charges are variable and depend on product weight, destination, and selected courier partner.
4. Product Inspection at Delivery
4.1 Customers must check and count the products in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
4.2 If there is any shortage or visible issue, it must be reported immediately in front of the delivery personnel.
4.3 Complaints regarding missing items after the delivery personnel has left the premises may not be accepted.
5. Complaints, Returns and Refund Policy
5.1 Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
5.2 We accept returns or exchanges in the case of wrong size delivered.
5.3 We accept returns or exchanges if the name, number, or logo is incorrect.
5.4 We accept returns or exchanges if the wrong design is delivered.
5.5 We accept returns or exchanges in case of fabric defects or manufacturing defects.
5.6 After verification of the complaint, we will provide either a product exchange or a refund.
5.7 All refunds will be processed through Mobile Financial Services (MFS).
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Customer information is not shared with any third party.
6.2 Customers may receive promotional SMS or phone calls from Tribe Sports and Apparel.
7. Fraud and Legal Action
7.1 Providing false information or placing fake orders is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Tribe Sports and Apparel reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who place fraudulent or fake orders.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 Tribe Sports and Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
